What is home staging, and why is it important?

Home staging is the process of preparing and styling a property to make it more visually and emotionally appealing to potential buyers. Research shows that buyers form a first impression within the first 7 seconds of entering a home—so presentation matters. Staging helps highlight the property’s best features, creates a sense of lifestyle, and can lead to faster sales and stronger offers.

Do you offer furniture rental?

Yes. We offer fully managed furniture rental packages, including delivery, installation, styling, and collection. Ideal for vacant properties, show homes, or investment properties that need a temporary transformation. All our vacant staging packages include furniture and accessories rental for an 8 week period. This can be extended if required.

What areas do you cover?

We primarily serve Leicestershire and the surrounding areas covering the East Midlands, Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire, Derby, Stamford and Peterborough. Please contact us to discuss your project as we may be able to accommodate areas outside of this catchment.

How quickly can you stage a property?

Turnaround times vary based on project size and availability, but we can often stage a property within 7–10 working days after approval. For urgent projects, let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate.

How much do your services cost?

Costs vary depending on the size of the property and the level of service required.

For all other services we offer customised quotes after a consultation, and always aim to work within your budget to deliver maximum impact.

  • Price inclusive of one living room, one dining room, one kitchen, one bathroom and one bedroom based on the minimum duration of an 8 week rental period.

    Additional charges will apply for any extra rooms or spaces. Alternatively we can look at creating a bespoke package if required.

    Rental period can be extended in blocks of 4 weeks at an additional cost.

Our Styling to Rent and Styling to Stay services are as individual as the spaces we design. Because no two projects are alike, we don’t offer standardised pricing.
